All sales at Lotus Aurea are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns once an order has been placed and confirmed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Nature of Handcrafted Goods — Not a Defect

All Lotus Aurea products are handwoven or handmade by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Natural variations in weave, color, texture, gemstone inclusions, and embroidery are inherent to handmade goods and are not considered defects or grounds for exchange.

Exceptions

1. Severe damage in transit: The item arrives severely damaged due to carrier mishandling. Natural artisan imperfections do not qualify.

2. Wrong item received: You receive a product materially different from what you ordered.

Contact us at support@lotusaurea.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
