Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take additional time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping timelines are 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lotus Aurea is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving carrier disputes.
