All Sales Are Final
All sales at Lotus Aurea are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Given the artisan and handcrafted nature of our products — including handwoven sarees sourced from master weavers in Varanasi, Chanderi, and Jaipur, and handmade gemstone jewelry — each item is unique and produced in limited quantities. We are therefore unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Nature of Handcrafted Goods — Not a Defect
All Lotus Aurea products are handwoven or handmade by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Each piece will naturally carry the marks of human craftsmanship, including:
- Slight irregularities in weave pattern, thread count, or texture
- Minor variations in color, tone, or dye saturation
- Small slubs, knots, or uneven thread pulls inherent to hand-loomed fabric
- Subtle asymmetry in embroidery, zari work, or embellishments
- Natural inclusions or surface variations in gemstones
These characteristics are not flaws — they are the hallmark of authentic artisan work and do not constitute damage, defect, or grounds for a claim of any kind.
Exceptions
1. Severe damage in transit: The item arrives severely damaged due to mishandling during shipping. Natural artisan imperfections do not qualify.
2. Wrong item received: You receive a product materially different from what you ordered.
Contact us at support@lotusaurea.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photos will not be eligible.
