Product Details
Delicately woven and timelessly elegant, our Blush Rose Chanderi Pattu Tissue Silk Saree is a graceful celebration of India's rich handloom heritage. Handcrafted by master artisans in the historic weaving town of Chanderi, Madhya Pradesh, this exquisite saree combines the luminous beauty of tissue silk with the luxurious texture of traditional Pattu silk.
Rendered in a soft blush rose hue with a gentle metallic sheen, the saree is adorned with intricate Meenakari Butis that add subtle accents of color and artisanal detail across the drape. The highlight of this masterpiece is its richly woven Nakshi Zari Border, inspired by royal textile traditions and meticulously crafted to enhance the saree's regal character.

The Lotus Aurea Promise
Every Lotus Aurea saree is thoughtfully sourced from artisan weaving communities, celebrating India's living handloom traditions while supporting the master weavers who preserve the timeless art of Chanderi craftsmanship.
The Weaving Technique
Tissue silk gets its shimmering, metallic quality from a fine zari thread woven into the weft alongside the silk yarn, catching the light with every fold of the drape. The Meenakari butis are created by hand-inserting small amounts of contrast-coloured silk thread into the weave at regular intervals, producing tiny jewel-like flashes of colour within each motif. The Nakshi Zari border is woven using a dobby attachment that allows the weaver to build intricate geometric patterns row by row, a slow and precise process that gives the border its raised, sculptural texture.
